YOGA SESSIONS
These customised workplace yoga sessions, delivered on mats or chairs, integrate movement, breathwork, and meditation.
They are adapted to suit your team’s needs, experience levels, and schedules, helping to release tension, improve posture, and restore energy. Sessions support focus, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance creativity, making them ideal for workplace wellbeing.
No experience is needed. Sessions are practical, inclusive, and easy to follow.
MEDITATION SESSIONS (INCLUDES iREST)
These sessions introduce employees to structured, evidence-informed meditation practices, including breath-based techniques, visualisation, mantra, and iRest Yoga Nidra. iRest is a guided protocol that supports deep rest while maintaining awareness, helping to regulate the nervous system and reduce patterns of chronic stress and anxiety.
Sessions support clarity, emotional resilience, and cognitive recovery, while creating a sense of calm and mental space that carries into the working day.
MINDFULNESS SESSIONS
Often paired with meditation, these mindfulness sessions support employees to stay present, focused, and grounded, using simple, evidence-informed techniques for attention training, emotional regulation, and stress management.
