I offer iRest meditation and other meditation practices, alongside yoga and breathwork, to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and support resilience at work.
Sessions regulate the nervous system, restore energy, and support clarity in high-pressure environments. I also deliver keynote talks at workplace events and conferences.

Wellbeing sessions can be delivered in boardrooms, training spaces, gyms, or outdoors during warmer months. I offer one-off sessions or ongoing programmes tailored to your organisation’s goals, such as reducing physical tension, managing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, and supporting focus and resilience.

Corporate training days and team events can incorporate yoga, iRest and other forms of meditation, or mindfulness as engaging and restorative elements within your agenda.

Sessions can be fully funded by the organisation or offered as a subsidised benefit to employees. Each session is inclusive, accessible, and adaptable to all experience levels.

Online delivery is also available for hybrid and remote teams across the UK and internationally.


YOGA SESSIONS

These customised workplace yoga sessions, delivered on mats or chairs, integrate movement, breathwork, and meditation.

They are adapted to suit your team’s needs, experience levels, and schedules, helping to release tension, improve posture, and restore energy. Sessions support focus, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance creativity, making them ideal for workplace wellbeing.

No experience is needed. Sessions are practical, inclusive, and easy to follow.


MEDITATION SESSIONS (INCLUDES iREST)

These sessions introduce employees to structured, evidence-informed meditation practices, including breath-based techniques, visualisation, mantra, and iRest Yoga Nidra. iRest is a guided protocol that supports deep rest while maintaining awareness, helping to regulate the nervous system and reduce patterns of chronic stress and anxiety.

Sessions support clarity, emotional resilience, and cognitive recovery, while creating a sense of calm and mental space that carries into the working day.

MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

Often paired with meditation, these mindfulness sessions support employees to stay present, focused, and grounded, using simple, evidence-informed techniques for attention training, emotional regulation, and stress management.

Suitable as standalone sessions or as part of a wider workplace wellbeing programme


KEYNOTE SPEECHES

As a keynote speaker, I explore the practical application of mindfulness, meditation, and nervous system regulation in modern working life. My talks show how these approaches can support focus, decision-making, emotional intelligence, sleep, and resilience under pressure.
