Well-being sessions can be held in boardrooms, training spaces, gyms, or outdoors during warmer months. I offer one-off sessions or weekly programs tailored to your company's goals — such as reducing back pain, managing stress, or improving sleep quality.

YOGA SESSIONS

These customised workplace yoga classes (on mats or chairs) integrate yoga, breathwork, and meditation. They're adapted to suit your team’s needs, experience levels, and schedules — helping staff release tension, improve posture, and recharge.

No experience needed — classes are inclusive, practical, and easy to follow.


MEDITATION SESSIONS

During these sessions, employees are introduced to simple, evidence-based techniques — including breath-focused meditation, visualisations, mantras, and iRest Yoga Nidra — to improve calm, clarity, and resilience. These sessions support focus, creativity, and nervous system regulation.and foster a profound sense of peace and wellbeing.


MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

Often paired with meditation, these mindfulness sessions help employees stay present, focused, and grounded — using simple, evidence-based techniques for awareness, emotional regulation, and managing stress. Ideal as a standalone session or integrated into your wider workplace well-being programme.

  • Simon ran an iRest Yoga Nidra meditation and relaxation class for our charity for three terms.
