Private yoga and meditation sessions with me will allow you to experience your practice in a more personal and detailed way. Whether you're working on specific goals, recovering from an injury, starting a new practice, or looking to deepen your existing practice my one-to-one sessions are tailored to your individual needs.

Private sessions provide personalised guidance tailored to your needs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner these customised sessions are ideal for building a strong foundation before joining a public class or deepening your existing practice. With one-to-one instruction, you’ll receive tailored sessions to address specific health concerns or injuries, such as lower back pain and neck and shoulder tension, or general stress and anxiety. Sessions offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle and can focus on postures, breathwork, or meditation techniques.

All sessions are available in your home, online or at my peaceful home practice space.


PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Private yoga sessions may include breath-centred movement, restorative yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, and meditation. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and physical needs. I can recommend trusted suppliers, for yoga mats, blocks, straps and other equipment to support your home practice.

I offer private yoga lessons in West Hampstead, Hampstead, and St John’s Wood and across London or online via Zoom or Teams. Sessions can be weekly, monthly, or one-off, and are offered in 30, 60, 75, or 90-minute formats.

PRIVATE MEDITATION SESSIONS

These guided one-to-one meditation sessions are designed to support your emotional well-being, relieve stress, and foster personal insight. Whether you're a beginner/ completely new to the practice or looking to deepen your experience, I offer one-to-one meditation coaching in West Hampstead, across London, and online. Sessions can also include mindfulness-based techniques to support awareness and presence.

We’ll work with tools such as breath awareness, guided visualisation, mantras and body scans. Each session is personalised to your preferences and experience level, offering a safe and supportive space to relax, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.


PRIVATE iREST YOGA NIDRA SESSIONS

iRest Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative practice that fosters deep rest and emotional integration. These sessions provide a safe space for self-inquiry and reflection and can support clients dealing with anxiety, insomnia, or emotional imbalance.

Private iRest Yoga Nidra sessions are available in West Hampstead, Hampstead, St John’s Wood and across London or online.

All levels welcome - No experience needed.

PRIVATE iREST DYAD MEDITATION

This co-meditation practice follows the iRest protocol, guiding you into meditative awareness while I mirror your process with support without agenda. It fosters insight and personal growth, helping with anxiety, depression, pain, emotions, or self-limiting beliefs. Suitable for all levels.

Sessions last about one hour. They are done lying down or sitting comfortably, with eyes open or closed and they are based on the iRest Yoga Nidra protocol by Richard Miller and yoga's self-inquiry teachings.

PRIVATE BREATHWORK SESSIONS

Personalised breathwork sessions begin with an assessment of your breathing patterns. We then explore techniques to help improve respiratory efficiency, reduce stress, and support physical and emotional well-being.

These sessions can be combined with yoga and meditation or offered on their own. Available in West Hampstead, Hampstead, NW6 and online.
